SHAPING THE LIVES OF YOUNG CHILDREN
In Boston, the Sisters of Charity run a child care centre for babies and children aged 15 months to four years. They offer them a full array of activities to stimulate their physical, mental, social and spiritual development in a safe environment. Parents can therefore go to work or take a break from their household routine knowing that their children are in good hands. The sisters also provide child-rearing information and guidance. The parish benefits from the presence of the Sisters of Charity in many different ways (mass, worship, choir, etc.). Their involvement is a testament to a life of devotion to God and a comfort for those around them.
In addition, the Congregation in the U.S. welcomes sisters looking to perfect their English skills and reinforce their intellectual and spiritual development in order to better fulfill their mission throughout the world.
